Hina is a Registered Physiotherapist and the Owner of Health First Group Millcreek Wellness Center in Mississauga. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic pain management, post-surgical recovery, and pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Her patient-centered approach combines evidence-based treatments with compassion, helping individuals restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. As the clinic director, Hina is dedicated to building a multidisciplinary environment where patients receive the highest standard of care.
